Optional tools like DISC Assessments, Enneagram, and Feedback 360 are available to deepen insights and accelerate growth. Each coaching package includes a Pre-Assessment to establish goals and a tailored framework, as well as pre- and post- exercises to support self-awareness, objectives, and follow-through.

Waypoints™ for Business makes it easy to keep team development, learning and growth front-of-mind. In the busy world of today's leaders, it can be challenging to find time to plan and deliver high-impact team building. Copilot does the heavy lifting.

 

Waypoints™ for Business delivers turnkey, digital Team Development Kits to you each month. Each kit contains a team exercise appropriate for up to 6 teammates, including an individual pre-work (10-20 minutes) and a discussion facilitation guide.

 

Team leaders can use the materials during or in place of regular team meetings or as a standalone connection point with their teams. Exercises are open-ended, meaning they offer relevance to all teams regardless of industry or challenges. The team can take the exercise in the direction they want to go, building resilience, communication, trust, understanding and capability along the way.
