Each coaching package includes a eight, one-hour virtual coaching sessions, a pre-assessment to establish goals, and self-paced exercises to support self-awareness, objectives, and follow-through. Coaching sessions are tailored to each individual's unique needs and journey. For long-term growth and sustained change, 8-12 weeks of coaching is typically recommended but not required. Coaching is appropriate for a broad range of topics including self-awareness, leadership development, tactical managerial skills, team dynamics, blind spot and feedback, stress management, imposter syndrome, adjusting to new roles, high performance coaching, change management and more.
